Seeking Damages for Unauthorised Use of a Trade Mark

A recent Federal Court case has taught a valuable lesson in seeking damages as a remedy for infringement of a trade mark.

ASIC issues infringement notices for false advertising

Since January 2014, ASIC has issued 12 infringement notices for false or misleading advertising.  ASIC maintains a public register where copies of the infringement notices are available.
