Domenica is a Law Clerk in the Wills and Estate Department and joined Matthews Folbigg in August 2024. Domenica has recently completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at The University of Western Sydney University and will be admitted into the legal profession shortly.
Domenica worked whilst studying for her degree, and has gained valuable experience with wills and estates work. Her experience allows her to assist our clients with the process of apply with the Supreme Court of NSW to obtain grants of probate and Letters of Administration and managing estate administration including the sale and transfer of shares and real property. Domenica also has experience in property transactions, commercial and retail leasing, and conveyancing within NSW, ACT and VIC.
