Rachael Hamilton is a Family Law Solicitor. She has worked exclusively in specialist Family Law teams since 2021 in both Sydney and Parramatta. Rachael was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2023. Since her admission, Rachael has appeared before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia on several occasions in divorce, parenting and property matters.
Rachael is a graduate of the University of Wollongong holding a Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry). Rachael also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Science from Macquarie University and a Double Diploma in Business & Leadership and Management.
People are at the core of family law matters. Empathy and understanding are key to Rachael’s approach during what can be a turbulent time in her client’s lives. Rachael’s goal is to assist her clients in a cost-effective manner by simplifying the legal process and offering practical solutions to bring this season of their lives to a close.
